He was born in Yozgat in 1995. He graduated from Yozgat Anatolian High School in 2014 and continued his education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He graduated in 2018 and started his internship training at the Istanbul Bar Association in the same year. He had the opportunity to work and gain experience in almost every field of law by doing internship in 2 different law offices. During his internship, he received a degree in the article competition held by the Istanbul Bar Association internship training center with his article "Legal Security in the Focus of Human Rights". Zülfikar Emin Baran, who is particularly interested in private law relations and administrative law, has been registered with the Istanbul Bar Association in 2020 and works as a freelance lawyer under the roof of Kaim Hukuk ve Danışmanlık.
